Should you not be satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily exchange your product. Exchanges can be done in-store or via post. Postage for online exchanges are at the expense of the customer. We will however happily exchange your online purchase should you bring it in to your nearest Sneakers Direct store. In-store purchases cannot be exchanged via post.
Just make sure you bring your bring your proof of purchase and ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. We do not limit your time to exchange an item, as long as you have met the above criteria.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
In the unlikely event your product is faulty, we may offer you a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of an inspection by the manufacturer. Faulty items must be first sent to the manufacturer before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Please note that normal wear and tear or negligence cannot be classified as faulty. The fault must be a manufacturing fault.
